1. Finding the Item
a. Using the Menus
Choose a product category from the menu to the left by clicking on it. Wherever a product is shown the buttons “Show” and “Buy” are available. If you want more information about the product press “Show”, if you want to buy the product press “Buy”.
b. Using the Search Function
You can also find a specific item by entering a search word in the field placed in the top right corner of the page. Press “Search” to start the search. You can search for article numbers, article names and article descriptions. You do not have to enter the whole word, if you are unsure it is enough to just enter part of the word.
2. Placing Items in Your Cart
When you press “Buy” the item is placed in your cart. The content of your cart is always shown in the top left corner of the page. If you regret buying a product you always have the possibility to click on the waste basket placed to the right of the item, or you can press “Change”. You also press “Change” if you wish to empty the whole cart or change the number of ordered items.
3. Checkout
When you have completed your shopping, you move on to the ”Checkout”. To be able to send your order you need to have a customer account.
a. Log On
If you are already a customer you log on with your e-mail address and password. If you forgot your password, you write your e-mail address and press “Send”. A new password will be sent to the e-mail address that you have stated in your personal customer settings. Whenever you are logged on you have the possibility to change your password or customer settings.
b. Register as a New Customer
If you are not yet registered in the shop you choose ”Create New Customer Account” and fill in the required information. When this is done an account is created and you can continue shopping, change your personal details or move on to “Checkout”.
4. Confirm Purchase
When at “Checkout” you are able to change both the invoicing address and the delivering address. You can also mark the goods or send a message to the shop. After this you choose how you want to pay and then click on “Confirm Purchase” to carry out the order. You can also terminate the order if you want. You will receive an immediate confirmation of your purchase, the same confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail address.
